Cordless drill/driver
FLEX identifies FX1131 as its compact two-speed 24V drill/driver. The official manual also covers hammer model FX1231; hammer-only controls do not apply to FX1131. Its retail kit is FX1131-1A, while the support index lists FX1131-Z as tool only. The manufacturer lists a 5.9-inch length, a ratcheting metal chuck, and 18 driving settings plus drill mode.

FX1151 is FLEX’s two-speed drill/driver with 22 clutch settings and a separate drilling position. FLEX lists its tool-only configuration as FX1151-Z and the two-battery kit as FX1151-2A. The manual is shared with FX1251, which has hammer features that FX1151 does not. The Version A parts sheet identifies body 0710020001.

FX1271T adds a hammer setting and selectable Turbo operation to FLEX’s 24V drill range. The listed FX1271T-1H kit pairs the tool with a 6.0Ah Stacked Lithium battery and 280W charger; FX1271T-Z is the tool-only identity. Its manual also covers non-hammer FX1171T, so read the model-specific column and controls. The product page describes anti-kickback protection and a supplied auxiliary handle; neither is a guarantee against reaction forces.

Check FX1131 for restricted access, compare FX1151 for ordinary repeated work with two batteries, and choose FX1271T only after establishing a suitable hammer-drilling task.

Start with the known FX1131 → FX0111 → FX0411 combination, then verify charger input. Voltage, Ah and watts do not replace model numbers.
FX1131 has 18 numbered clutch settings and a drilling position. Do not copy FX1231 hammer controls. Rearrange cramped work instead of gripping less shank.
Favor the shorter FX1131 for restricted access; compare the FX1151-2A kit when buying into the platform and needing a spare battery.
The top selector chooses the mechanical range, the trigger varies speed within it, and the collar selects clutch or drilling. Stop and disconnect before adjustments.
For ordinary assembly, compare the FX1151 first. Consider the FX1271T when an identified masonry job actually calls for its hammer action.
Turbo changes only while the tool is stopped and its indicator confirms activation. The manual describes higher speed, unchanged torque and faster battery depletion, not increased material or diameter permission.
Read the tool model first, then the cover and the parts sheet’s Body Number, Version and Issue Date. A kit suffix cannot replace those fields.
-1H provides one 6Ah Stacked Lithium pack and 280W charger; the older -2B provides one 2.5Ah plus one 5Ah and 160W. Check the full suffix first.
